I guess b&w are over for me. I seem positively unable to spot anything worth converting from color. Tonight's first of the season lacrosse practice ended in glorious sunset. Liam is tucked in that group of junior high boys. You can spot him: he's in the black and white helmet in the gap on the left, shorter than some of those big eighth graders.

Too funny! When I was running this afternoon, a lacrosse game was in progress out at the soccer fields and I thought of you. : ) Lacrosse is not nearly as big out here as it is farther east, but there's a regional club that's growing in popularity. It's such a cool sport; I'd love it if my guys got into it.
I love the juxtaposition of sports and a beautiful sunset -- you knew I would. And I love that you were present for both!
What a great way to enjoy the practice! Beautiful. :) I am glad you didn't try to make this black and white, and I am looking forward to the color from all the Black and White folks. :) (I just did it for the self portraits and the Jane Austen post.)
Nice shot--pretty sunset and I like the way you've captured the players' silhouettes against it.
