My fiftieth year in a picture-a-day.
There are more artistic photos to choose from, but this one captures the day... spent driving to a distant game, getting lost, playing in the suddenly summer heat and culminating in a win and long drink of water.
It was hot yesterday! The colors are nice in this shot too, the sunkissed cheeks, the lime green uniform, and the blue bottle all scream "summer."
Well ditto Sandie. Hers were my comments almost exactly!
The flush on her cheeks is just great -- you capture the feeling perfectly.
Great shot, I agree with all the other comments as to what makes this so fun.
