Tonight was the last session of my last class for my Master's in theology. Tomorrow is the oral defense of my thesis. I wanted to capture the time on the Gallagher Student Center clock to remember it by.
You'll do SUPERBLY! I can't wait to hear how it goes.
I remember standing in front of the Copley Library at dusk after my last class and breathing a high sigh -- of relief, of accomplishment, of sadness in that era of my life being over.
Savor the sweetness of your amazing accomplishment -- you deserve it! :)

Gulp! Can you believe it? What a great way to memorialize it. Knock 'em dead on your defense.
Your defense is tomorrow? I'll be thinking of you ....
My son had to defend his thesis today!
Good work, Julie. I am so impressed.

Where did the time go? A huge BHAG realized! Congratulations (and what will you do with all your "free time" now?).
Bittersweet moment, huh? I'll bet it feels good, though. I hope your defense goes splendidly.
I remember you talking about your very first day...it seems like such a short time ago.
Congrats on being done! That's so exciting!
Really great idea to commemorate the moment.
Still thinking of you!
