Heading off to South Carolina tomorrow with Margaret to see Beth! Twill be a good weekend for photos. I leave you with the lone summer candle that survived snow and rains to bring us spring color.

Right outside my desk window, this little wren and her domestic partner built a nest inside our burned out BBQ (we wanted to junk it years ago, but it's the "nest of choice" every year to some nuptial pair so we don't dare move it). I've tagged a set of six photos that show the nest inside the BBQ and her partner, if anyone is interested. Look carefully for the ones where the heads are poking out the back of the BBQ.
