83: Snow at the end of the tunnel

Yes, I risked an accident to get this photo, as I stuck my hand and camera out the window in 23º weather driving at 5 MPH... click! This is my favorite treacherous train overpass tunnel in West Chester. There are many tiny, out of date tunnels like it, but this one is nearly a 45º turning angle inside the tunnel itself as you curve your way through. I've wanted a photo of it for years, but there are always cars behind or in front of me. Not this time!

The snowfall from overnight clung so beautifully to everything.

I am so enjoying the photos of "real" winter weather! Glad you got this! It's a cool (ha!) view. Amazing shot for out the car window.

Reminds me of old b/w French photos, even though it's not b/w. Very pretty!

Ahh, nice and crisp! Great capture on the perfect day. Love the framing! I can just hear the "Yesss!" after you saw it.

It looks like you're coming out of the tunnel into a different world. Beautiful.
